They are looking for a part-time Website Support Person to provide technical support for their WordPress website and WooCommerce ecommerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the website is functioning optimally and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. This is a part-time position that will require approximately 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

Candidates must be able to work remotely and have their own computer and internet access.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Monitor the website regularly to ensure it is functioning correctly
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the website or WooCommerce platform
• Provide technical support to customers who may be experiencing issues with the website or ecommerce platform
• Assist in the development and implementation of new features and functionality on the website
• Monitor website traffic and provide recommendations for improving user experience and increasing conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize website content and user experience

Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce platforms
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to customers

Jam Coding deliver computing workshops specialising in animation, coding, and robotics to young people. They are passionate about helping children to use and explore technology in a positive and constructive way.

They have opportunities to join their team on a part time basis, delivering computing and coding after school workshops in schools.

The work is available from June onwards in the Watford area and full training will be given to the successful applicants to enable them to deliver the workshops.
You do not need extensive prior knowledge in this area, and you don't have to be a coder/programmer by trade.

The role will take approximately 5 -10 hours per week, Monday to Friday with possible weekend working and school holiday periods.

The ideal candidate should have:

• An interest or experience in gaming
• A positive attitude towards helping young people succeed
• You will need to be a good communicator, be organised and punctual
• Access to your own transport would be advantageous
• Experience working with students: 1 year

The main purpose of the role is to facilitate the day-to-day work within the busy production departments of Rocket.

Working with the Production Managers you will be trained to use each element of Print finishing.

Your Training will include:

* Producing a variety of Graphics / Signage within a production discipline
* CAD cut vinyl using illustrator
* Laminating & sealing processes
* Working with the more common materials Vinyl, Di-bond, Foamex & Acrylic

You will be taught how to do all aspects of finishing including mounting, wrap edge sealing, constructing roller banner stands, pop-up display exhibitions, cardboard display stands and vinyl cad cut graphics and vinyl graphic application.

You will be assisting with The Quality Control of all work manufactured by Rocket, making sure the upmost care and attention is always at the forefront of every project.

To be considered for this role, you will:

- Be a motivated self-starter
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently whilst maintaining high output
- Have a can-do attitude, using your own initiative to help out wherever necessary
- Flexible approach to overtime, early start/late finish

Upon successful completion of your training at Car Planet, you will have the opportunity to qualify as a service technician along with becoming a part of our expanding business, as a full-time technician.

You will be undertaking:
- Maintenance

Duties will include:
- Working alongside a qualified Technician investigating, repairing and servicing vehicles
- Carrying out diagnostics
- Carrying out inspections of used car stock
- Other general technical duties and general housekeeping
